Huckleberry Vinegar

A huckleberry looks like a small blueberry with a similar flavor profile but slightly more tart with hints of blackberry and cassis. Try using as a topping for pancakes, poured over ice cream or cobbler… or for a savory blend, combine with a touch of maple syrup, mustard and lemon to glaze cedar planked salmon.
