Care Instructions
Olive Oils: Oil shelf life is about a year, but may be extended with proper care. Never refrigerate before or after opening because it can cause condensation within the bottle causing it to go rancid. Just store it in a cool, dark place like a pantry or cupboard.
Balsamic Vinegars: Do not refrigerate after opening. This Balsamic has already been aged for 18 years, so it will only get better with age! Just store it in a cool, dry place, like right next to your olive oil.
